Do I need equipment?  Not necessarily.  We can bring most of what you need.  Depending on your fitness goals, we may recommend that you purchase a few things.  Massage therapists have their own tables and supplies. If you have a table, let us know.

Will you come to my gym or office?  Yes, we want to make fitness simple and easy for you! 

Will you work with my physician's, physical therapists, health care practitioners?  Yes.

Do I need physician’s approval?  If you have a physical or medical condition that requires it, we will request a physician's clearance, for your safety.

Are you licensed and certified?  Practitioners are certified, licensed and/or carry a degree respective of the requirements for their field. 

What services do you offer?  For Individuals: personal training, TRX training, sport's coaching, massage, Yoga, nutritional counseling, fitness assessments. For Individuals and Businesses: exercise & equipment demonstration/instruction, room design. Associations: fitness classes, safety assessments, group instruction, educational seminars, full or partial management of your fitness & health services and a comprehensive and flexible Health & Fitness Management Program. Are you insured?  We require our massage therapists, fitness trainers, Yoga and exercise instructors to carry liability insurance.

Do you offer fitness classes?  We do not have a facility. Our instructors do offer group classes. Call for specifics.

How do I pay?  Check or cash. PayPal and credit cards are accepted online. Services are paid for in advance to The Fitness Concierge, LLC.

Do you accept insurance?  No, but we do offer various forms of convenient payment options.

What if I'm not happy? Our goal is 100% satisfaction.  We will always try to find an agreeable remedy to the situation.

Do you offer discounts?  Yes, if you purchase a package of services we offer reduced rates. Businesses and condo/homeowner association residents get special rates if we are partnered with your association.

Can I mix services?  Yes.

Can I buy one session?  Yes.  Most times, if you decide to purchase a package of services after your first session, you can apply the cost to the package price and save money.  We recommend a minimum of three sessions for each service to fully appreciate the benefits and allow our practitioners the opportunity to meet your needs.
